"Diamonds Are Forever," a collaboration between Staluppi, Benetti Yachts, and Evan K. Marshall (a London based interior specialist), is a 200-foot-long vessel that boasts ample space, the highest levels of service, and the best of materials and technology. Built in 2011 and with a guest allowance of 12, Diamonds has four decks (complete with an elevator) and plenty of room for relaxing and entertainment.
Marshall, who helped Staluppi with his previous yachts, designed the interior using creams and whites, quality furnishings, Italian marble, onyx, Madrona burlwood, gold leaf, mother of pearl, and etched Marieux crystal accents.
The yacht has two panoramic master suites (one with an office and both with dressing areas and walk-in closets), four guest rooms (three doubles and one single), a full sky lounge, an elevator passing through all four decks, various shaded deck spaces, and an additional sun deck that offers an unparallel view and a large Jacuzzi. The main deck has a fitness room, sauna, and beauty parlor, which can all be opened to guests or sectioned off to be more VIP exclusive.
The upper deck is great for gatherings, with a wet bar, grand piano, card table (where you can play a round of Texas Hold'Em), large sofas and armchairs, and a 12-seat dining table. It also gives guests the option of being indoors or outdoors while dining; all you have to do is flick a switch and two sliding doors will open the great ocean view to you.
The boat's Schottel pump-jet propulsion system allows her a maximum speed of 16 knots (18mph) and a cruising speed of 15 knots (17mph), ensuring you get to where you're going efficiently and smoothly. While on the yacht, you're probably going to want to play with some water toys and Diamonds has you covered. Guests will find a 24-foot Novurania with an inboard drive and hydrojet propulsion, a 14-foot crew tender, four wave runners, two paddle boards, water skis, wake boards, snorkel and fishing gear, and various inflatable tubes to float around on.
If you wish to charter Diamonds, it will range from $403,656 to $446,760 per week in the summer and $483,164 to $550,800 per week in the winter. The summer charter will take you on a route around the Mediterranean, stopping at places like Italy, France, Croatia, Spain, Montenegro, and Turkey. If you choose the winter charter, you'll be heading for the Caribbean and Bahamas, allowing you to enjoy places like Antigua, Puerto Rico, St. Barths, and Grenanda.
